At this stage, we delve into the specifics in detail. We take the necessary measurements of the space and come up with drawings of the layout. We give our clients the option to choose designs from our existing catalogue, but we can also create new custom designs. We will be with you to guide you if you’re not sure about the changes you want.

Going through the original designs ensures there is no room for error. That is why this phase involves a meeting with architecture and an interior designer. We will review the plans and drawings to ensure everything appeals to you. You’ll go through the designs with our experts to ascertain that you love them on paper before we turn them into a reality.

4. COMMENCE OF CONSTRUCTION
After you approve the design plans, we will begin the building process and We make sure to get the permits you need. We also get the plans approved by the local authorities as well. This is most crucial if the project involves major changes, such as in the case of additions of extensions, or whole house constructions. You will have a supervisor monitoring the project. They will communicate with you and update you on the progress.

When the construction is complete, the supervisor and project manager will take you through the site to inspect the work done. The goal is to confirm that you’re satisfied with the work and everything has met – if not exceed – your expectations. You can bring an independent inspector if you wish. We only leave your property when you’re satisfied with our services.
